NON PROFIT: Jessica chose the International Rescue Committee to benefit from the sales of her donut. The IRC responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises & helps people to survive, recover & gain control of their future. Founded in 1933, the IRC is a global leader in emergency relief, rehabilitation, protection of human rights, post-conflict development, resettlement services and advocacy for those uprooted or affected by conflict and oppression.

FLAVOR Jessica's delicious entry was named in honor of the Statue of Liberty that welcomes refugees to our country. This donut is a raised Bismarck filled with house made Cheesecake Filling, glazed with Strawberries (organic Smith Berry Farm from Payette, Idaho), drizzled with White Chocolate stripes, garnished with a Blueberry Crumble. YUM!

Thanks to your participation in the Be A Donut Guru contest 2017, we raised $2300 for St. Luke's Children's Hospital.
Home to Idaho’s only children’s hospital and, their wide range of specialty outpatient clinics—in areas such as pediatric cardiology, neurosurgery, oncology, gastroenterology, and many more—offer families the greatest depth, breadth, and concentration of children’s health resources in Idaho.
There is no purchase necessary to vote. Only one vote per person, per day. The winner will be tallied by popular vote and announced December 24th. The winning donut will be featured on our January menu and net proceeds from that donut's sales during the month of January will go to the winner's charity of choice.
